We can create any type of floor plans you need.
Email us at info@thefloorplanstore.com with any drawings or ideas you have and we will send you a quote. You can also use the “contact us” page and we will be notified by email. Are prices are generally as follows, although they can be different due to the nature of the building you need designed.- Houses are $.70/sq foot. You will not be charged for garage sq footage, just the living area.
- Large shops and garages are $4-500 depending on size and difficulty.
- Medium garages, such as a typical 2 car, are $3-400.
- Small garages and sheds are $2-300.
- We charge $35/hour for changes needed to our existing plans, email us for a quote.
We require a $100 or 50% deposit(whichever is greater) before starting on any custom floor plan.
